Contract Manager
We are looking for a Contract Manager to oversee site-based contracts in the, ensuring compliance with company standards and South African labour legislation. The role involves stakeholder engagement, site visits, and performance monitoring.
Skills and Experience
- Valid driver’s license.
- Grade 12.
- HI/ IR knowledge.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Willingness to travel between sites
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor contract compliance and performance
- Manage renewals, amendments, and documentation
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Address and resolve contractual matters
- Provide site-based oversight where required
