Industrial Relations Officer
We are looking for an experienced IR Officer to manage industrial relations functions within operational environments. The role includes handling disciplinaries, CCMA matters, and ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation across client sites.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ IR experience
- Knowledge of CCMA procedures and labour legislation
- Valid driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel
- Strong communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage disciplinary processes and hearings
- Represent the company at CCMA
- Provide IR advisory support to sites
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation
- Maintain accurate case documentation
